2. Cases Eligible for Exchange

If the product is found to have a technical defect caused by manufacturing, we offer a 1-to-1 exchange within 7 days from the purchase date. This applies after proper verification of customer information and product condition.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

❌ Returns or exchanges will be refused in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged due to improper use or use for unintended purposes.

  • The customer has tampered with, repaired, or replaced internal components.

  • Required information for verification (batch number, purchase date, invoice) is not provided.

If the customer still wishes to repair the product, we are willing to assist, but additional service fees may apply, which will be clearly communicated before proceeding.
